Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Writer and Presentation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, pitch decks, and executive-level presentations that effectively communicate our value propositions to clients and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional writing, storytelling, design, and project management skills with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Research, draft, edit, and finalize proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, capability statements, and business pitches.

Collaborate with business, technical, sales, and leadership teams to gather inputs and translate them into client-centric solutions.

Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements, deadlines, and branding guidelines.

Develop visually appealing and persuasive pitch decks, client presentations, and investor decks using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or design software.

Simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful visual narratives.

Incorporate storytelling techniques to create a strong business case and emotional connection with the audience.

Maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and graphics for proposals and presentations.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of messaging, tone, and branding across all deliverables.

Proofread and edit documents for grammar, style, and formatting.

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, and product teams to gather information and articulate solutions.

Work closely with leadership on high-stakes presentations for clients, investors, or internal stakeholders.

Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, or a related field.

1year to 3years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, content writing, or corporate communications.

Proven expertise in designing and delivering high-impact presentations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

Ability to translate technical/complex information into clear, client-friendly messaging.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Creative thinker with strong storytelling, visualization, and branding sense.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
