Position: Proposal & Documentation Executive

Location: Odisha Regional Office

Experience: 0-3 years

Salary: ₹18,000 - ?25,000

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

Joining: Immediate (within 2 days)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, format, and submit project proposals as per organizational standards.

Collect, verify, and compile data from field teams and relevant departments.

Draft letters, reports, and official documents for project coordination.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in proposal content.

Maintain systematic documentation and records for ongoing and completed proposals.

Assist in preparing presentations and project briefs for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with senior officials to revise and finalize proposals before submission.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong written communication and professional drafting ability.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Attention to detail with strong document formatting and organizing skills.

Ability to multitask and complete assignments within timelines.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Educational Background:

Graduate in any discipline (Preference to candidates with English / Management / Social Science background)
