Key Responsibilities
Analyze RFPs/RFIs and prepare clear, compliant, and competitive proposals.
Write technical and business sections -- executive summaries, solution overviews, methodologies, and value propositions.
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and finance teams for content and pricing inputs.
Edit, format, and proofread documents for accuracy and consistency.
Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and company credentials library.
Ensure timely submission of all proposals and support clarifications post-submission.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
IT, Computer Science, Communications
, or related field.
2-5 years' experience
in proposal writing, bid management, or pre-sales in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT services -- Cloud, Software Development, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Proficient in
MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
; experience with
RFPIO/Loopio
a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of government or enterprise bidding (GeM, eProcurement).
Familiarity with proposal layout tools (InDesign, Canva).
Exposure to ISO/CMMI or IT process frameworks.
