Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Write clear, structured, and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical & operations) to gather necessary information. Ensure proposals are compliant with client guidelines and submission deadlines. Edit and proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency. Maintain a database of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials. Track submitted proposals and assist in follow-up communications. Support the business development team in strategy formulation and presentation development.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or higher.

2+ years of proven experience in writing proposals.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Active Attitude.

Should have good knowledge for MS Word, PowerPoint and Google Docs.

Preference will be given to candidates who have hands on work experience of working with any grant based organization.

Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
