Position:

Proposal Writer with 5 years of experience (minimum) in the architectural/engineering consulting industry.

A fast-growing

civil engineering consulting firm

specializing in [Transportation, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors] is expanding its team. We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a proposal writer. The candidate, playing a crucial role, will work closely with our project managers to create compelling proposals that win new business for our firm. This role offers an excellent compensation package and the opportunity to work remotely from India.

We seek a highly skilled, detail-oriented proposal writer with excellent knowledge of tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator) who has been

educated in a Convent/English-medium school

and has a minimum

master's degree

to join our team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Proposal Writer or similar role in the

architectural/engineering consulting industry.

Must be Convent/English medium school educated.

Must be very proficient

in proposal writing software including

MS Office

, particularly

MS Word

and PowerPoint. Having good knowledge of MS Excel is a Plus. Researching and understanding the requirements of Proposals (RFPs/RFQs). Writing, editing, and proofreading proposals and other marketing materials. Collaborating with technical staff to ensure accurate representation of our capabilities. Coordinating with the business development team to align the proposal with the firm's strategic goals. Ensuring all proposals meet the necessary requirements and deadlines. High-speed internet connection to facilitate efficient remote work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidate with a

Degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA
