Supports the Representative by making technological designs for the KEL scope.
? Supports the Representative during visits to the end customer at the request of and/or in
consultation with the Representative and the manager.
? Maintains close contact with the license agent working for the region. Discusses market
developments and opportunities. Actively responds to Representative inquiries.
? Follows up requests from Representatives for quotations, has calculations drawn up if necessary,
compiles the quotation and monitors progress. Discusses deviations with the manager and report
on the progress and status of quotations.
? Compiles the quotation based on available information, provides it to the Representative and
monitors progress.
Sales support direct market
? Follows up requests from Sales Manager for quotations, if necessary, ask additional questions
(to the customer or internally) draws up the quotation plan, maintains contact with various
departments about the progress of the activities and checks the data received back from the
various departments for the quotation.
? Ensures completeness of the available information and requests additional data if necessary.
? Composes the quotation under the final responsibility of the Sales Manager, then coordinates it
with the Sales Manager, and determines the method of dispatch in consultation.
? Makes assumptions, if necessary, in consultation with others from the organization, if the
information is missing and provides timely feedback to the relevant Sales Manager/customer.
Actively follows up on the status of the outstanding quotations after consultation with the Sales
Manager. Ensures coordinated delivery time with project management/production when ordering
products and minimum packages.
Acts as a permanent point of contact for Representatives, Sales Managers, and other
departments.
? Realizes continuous accessibility and availability in collaboration with colleagues.
? Makes maximum use of available templates, standard agreements and terms of delivery,
discusses any necessary deviation(s) internally in advance. Reports on progress and status of
quotations, generate overviews.
? Actively and in close consultation with the Representative or the Sales Manager - and at his
request directly with customers - follows the status of the outstanding quotations.
? Ensures that budget requests, quotations and orders are always included and/or displayed
correctly and placed in the various overviews and systems.
? Ensures that all official documents/folders are archived centrally in the internal sales department.
? Contributes actively and positively to the development of the Proposal management department.
Graduate/Master in Environment/Chemical/Bio-chemical Engineering/Technology/Science
? Five to Ten years of relevant experience in international sales support (in the
technical/technological field) of technical installations.
? Experience in project work/investment projects and technology. Team player.
? Decisive.
? Service-oriented and customer-oriented.
? Good social and communication skills
