What are we looking for? Herexe2x80x99s what you need: xe2x80xa2 Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent graduation degree xe2x80xa2 English language fluency (oral and written) xe2x80xa2 1 or more years of experience doing similar work xe2x80xa2 Microsoft Office suite skills Extra credit if you have: xe2x80xa2 MBA xe2x80xa2 Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales/sales support capability with basic understanding of the RFx lifecycle in the IT industry xe2x80xa2 Experience with complete sales cycle xe2x80xa2 Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams You May Also Need: xe2x80xa2 A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
Roles and Responsibilities: The Work: As a Proposal Manager, you provide logistic, administrative, and content development support to teams developing sales proposals. This may include: xe2x80xa2 Creating RFx outlines compliant with client requirements xe2x80xa2 Coordinating meetings and managing calendars xe2x80xa2 Facilitating digital collaboration and content development xe2x80xa2 Supporting proposal production xe2x80xa2 Collaborating with Research and Content Management teams to source content You will: xe2x80xa2 Support fellow proposal managers on medium-to-large sales opportunities xe2x80xa2 Create RFx response outline/tracker to track requirements and team progress xe2x80xa2 Conduct research and work closely with SMEs, Research and Content Management teams to source proposal content xe2x80xa2 Develop understanding of Accenturexe2x80x99s business structure, practices and offerings to inform RFP responses xe2x80xa2 Work closely with Graphic Designers to develop proposal template and ensure final response is formatted xe2x80xa2 Work with Proposal Manager to ensure responses convey win themes, and address buyer values and requirements
