Job Description

Qualification: BE. in Mechanical, Production Engineering
Experience: (1) For Sr Engineer requires min 2 to 4 yrs experience and (2) For Jr Engineer requires min 0 to 2 yrs experience in Estimation, Project costing & Proposal/Quotation submission activities from heavy fabrication project base, Material handling equipment manufacturing companies.
Location: Bhosari in Pune
Age: 21 to 26

Knowledge of Project costing & Estimation.
Submit Proposal / Quotation to customer as per project requirements
Entering POs in clarity, Order acknowledgement, proforma invoices.
Processing of purchase orders in ERP & Correspondence related to order execution with customers
Sales reports
Follow up with production dept for deliveries, urgent requirements.
Coordination with Dispatch dept. for issues related to transporters & couriers for finished goods.
Communication with customers for POs dispatches.
Customer Payment Follow up
To maintain database of customers
Skill Sets -
Computer Knowledge - MS Office
Good Written & Verbal Communication in English, Marathi
Time Management
Knowledge on any ERP/SAP is preferred
