BE with 4 to 7 years of experience in Marketing ETP, STP, WTP Proposals / Sales & Receivable management
Position Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for all financial transactions related to the company's accounts receivable
? Maintaining customer accounts
? Working with a billing system generating invoices
? Collecting payments
? Posting receipts in a timely manner
? Securing revenue
? Applying fair credit practices
Other responsibilities may include producing reports and presentations, reviewing account and payment histories, and ensuring the accuracy of all processes involving the matter
Responsibility:
? Proposal & project team coordination
? Verification of various drawings as per projects
? Execution of Cost estimation & project budget
? Managing project details in system
? Preparation of operation & Maintenance manual for STP, ETP, WTP etc. plant
? Project execution & site activities like plant visiting.
? Coordination & Technical discussion with clients
? Keep track of customer wise proposals SPOC for client for entire project life cycle.
? Active participation in Kick off meetings
? Proposals review with HOD on daily basis
? Participant in departmental initiatives activities
? Checking all incoming orders for commercial correctness
? Maintaining ISO records
? Exports procedures awareness & Documentations
Industry:
Engineering works in disciplines that include mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, Hazardous and environmental engineering, among others.
Key Skills:
Good communication skill in English (written & verbal)
