We, Naman Staffing are hiring for one of our client into Process Automation Job Title: Proposal Engineers / Sr. Engineers / Managers Experience- 5- 10 yrs Job Location- Baroda Qualification- B Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Mechanical Engineering : Strong Techno-Commercial knowledge. Knowledge of commercial terms definitions and best practises including taxes locally and overseas. Pre-bid application engineering, cost estimations with detailed bill of materials for large turnkey projects, erection hardware estimations, PLC I/O counts, data sheets compliance, System Architecture etc. Experience in preparing quotes for Projects / Solutions in large PSU (like IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL, ONGC etc) / Pvt companies. Willing to Travel for pre-bid meetings, site visits etc. Domain Knowledge - Process Control Industry, Instrumentation Turnkey / Automation Projects, Oil & Gas Industry, PLC/DCS solutions, Metering Skids, Terminal Automation, Custody Transfer Metering Solutions etc. Competitive Analysis, Accurate cost estimations by getting best techno-commercial quotes from the sub vendors and evaluating them, negotiations etc. Cross Function support during execution Prepared bids of 50 Cr+ with a hit ratio of 1:3 (one won out of 3 bids submitted). Self-Starter & Willing to join at short notice (6 weeks).
