About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer of turnkey electroplating plants and equipment, specializing in design, automation, and installation for various industries including automotive, aerospace, electronics, and surface finishing.

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer with

2-3 years of experience

in preparing technical and commercial proposals for turnkey electroplating plants and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have a background in

Mechanical or Plastic Engineering

and strong knowledge of industrial equipment, materials, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals. Study project specifications, drawings, and process requirements. Estimate costs for equipment, materials, and manpower for electroplating plant projects. Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and competitiveness of proposals. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), costing sheets, and technical documents. Assist in technical discussions with clients and support the sales team during bidding. Ensure proposals meet client requirements, industry standards, and company guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's/Diploma in

Mechanical Engineering

or

Plastic Engineering

. 2-3 years of experience as a Proposal / Estimation / Sales Support Engineer (preferably in industrial machinery, chemical process plants, or related fields). Knowledge of electroplating plants, surface finishing equipment, or plastic tanks will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, costing, and documentation skills. Good communication and client interaction skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks will be an added benefit.

Pay: ₹9,275.97 - ₹38,091.52 per month
