JOB TITLE : ENGINEER- PROPOSALS? REPORTS TO : MANAGER - PROPOSALS? DESIRED PROFILE:? Degree in Mechanical Engineering? 3-6 years of total experience as Engineer- Proposals.? Knowledge of Preparing Proposals, Auto CAD.? Familiar with Control systems, Robotics, material handling and basic knowledge ofPresses? Technical Aptitude is required - candidate must be proficient with the usage ofMS-Office, Basic CAD.? Strong technical writing skillsOVERALL RESPONSIBILITY1. Work carefully on the RFQ submitted by Customer to understand and developthe best solution for their requirement2. Work with our sale Team to professionally represent the company at acustomer, gather data and ask right question to define the project.3. Prepare concept & cost sheet for the project with GA drawing.4. Prepare Creative and Innovative concept which are unique and create value tocustomer.5. Reply within time to our sales team with queries on RFQ.6. Submit proposal within time.7. Work with our engineers and designers to develop and quote the cost effectivesolutions.8. Recognize and understand customer's need, make suggestions for possiblesolutions and quickly develop budgetary numbers.9. Convince Customer for the proposal with the advantages.10. Cost analysis and estimating11. Develop value added propositions and proposal writing.12. Travel to customer site for Technical study/discussion/negotiation meetings asand when required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?300,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per yearSchedule:
