Sales Coordinator (Technical)

Position Summary
The
Sales Coordinator (Technical)
will support the Technical Sales, Estimation, and Marketing teams. This role requires a fundamental understanding of
Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation systems
, along with strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. The incumbent will play a key role in bridging client requirements with internal technical and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
pre-sales technical support
to clients.
Interpret
engineering drawings, specifications, and scope of work
.
Assist the
Commercial Department
in cost evaluation of engineering systems.
Develop a sound understanding of
mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
.
Coordinate with senior staff and management for project updates.
Support in
value engineering
and technical solution development.
Forward client requirements to the
Design Department
for chamber layout preparation.
Ensure
URS (User Requirement Specification)
forms are completed and shared with the Sales team.
Review and ensure accuracy of
QC documents
.
Follow up on
calibration certificates
and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
arrangements and documentation.
Prepare
summary sheets and project reports
as required.
Identify and suggest
corrective actions
to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering.
Experience:
2-3 years in a similar technical coordination or sales support role (preferably in pharma equipment/lab equipment).
Skills:
Strong technical understanding of engineering systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
