Key Role and Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets
Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant department.
Conduct market research to understand and adapt innovative trends as a global commercial manager
Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing client.
Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve the commercial success of the business
Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and production planning.
Support the various department teams of the business to achieve the commercial targets, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
