Position: Proposal Engineer

Location: Nighoje, Pune

Responsibilities & Duties:

Analyze RFQs, specifications, and customer requirements

Collaborate on solution development and handle technical clarifications

Prepare & respond to technical queries from clients

Conduct cost estimation and optimize as per RFQ needs

Create cost-effective technical solutions and proposals

Draft compliance tables with minimal assistance

Identify risks and assist in creating mitigation strategies

Prepare commercial summaries in required formats

Coordinate with procurement and vendors for third-party items

Work closely with Proposal Lead & Sales to align proposals with customer expectations

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives

Preference: Candidates from Chakan / Nigdi region

Qualification:

BE / MBA - Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
