Job title: Proposal Engineer CSR/ Global Sales

Role Description:

The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals for overseas projects, utilizing their knowledge of Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering, Sales, and Procurement.

Responsibilities:

Receive customer enquiries, interpret specifications and understand customer challenges Work with Operations organization, Engineering centres, Third party suppliers and get Proposal strategies reviewed Manage to create competitive best cost proposals, Solution optimization. Participate in pre and post sales customer meetings, tender clarification meetings, technical presentations Ensure full compliance with legal and company requirements with regards to trade compliance, Ethics business and in accordance with rules and policies Familiar with various meter sizing tools, Supply Chain and Procurement Tools Aware of local Weights and Measures requirements Become knowledgeable of all company products and solutions Deliver best-in-class customer management and achieve best in class customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

3-5 years of experience in Proposals, Proposal Writing, Estimation and Bidding

Sizing of various Flow Meters, Valves, Pressure Drop Calculations Awareness of Metering standards Metering projects proposal and/or engineering experience Gas and Liquid Metering proposals, Pressure Drop Calculation, Instrument sizing, Surge Relief skids, Density Meter Skids Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Must be willing to travel on a need basis Good English Language skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance Knowledge of Global Metering / Custody transfer system design standards Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; candidate must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
