Job Description

A Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the entire proposal development process to ensure smooth operations, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality submissions. They act as the central point of contact, facilitating collaboration among various teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and technical experts, coordinating inputs, and ensuring that proposals comply with client requirements and RFP guidelines.

Key responsibilities include managing proposal schedules and timelines, organizing and structuring proposal content using templates, maintaining document control and version consistency, editing and proofreading for accuracy and quality, allocating resources and tasks to appropriate team members, and ensuring adherence to submission deadlines. They also handle communication with stakeholders, conduct follow-ups after submissions, and ensure that proposals meet both strategic and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?21,154.83 - ?40,735.31 per month
