Job Description

The Proposal Coordinator provides essential support to Proposal Managers in developing and delivering high-quality bids for transport and infrastructure projects in the Middle East. Based in India's GCC, the role ensures smooth coordination, document management, and compliance across the proposal lifecycle.

Proposal Support

+ Assist Proposal Managers in preparing bids and tenders for transport & infrastructure projects.
+ Coordinate inputs from technical teams, business development, and support functions.
+ Format, edit, and compile proposal documents to meet client requirements.

Document & Content Management

+ Maintain and update proposal templates, CVs, project sheets, and case studies.
+ Ensure consistency in branding, style, and compliance with WSP standards.
+ Track proposal versions, deadlines, and submission requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

+ Act as a liaison between GCC India and Middle East proposal teams.
+ Support scheduling of reviews, meetings, and approvals.
+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs.

Quality Assurance

+ Conduct basic compliance checks against tender instructions.
+ Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
+ Support final packaging and submission of proposals.

Skills & Competencies

Strong organisational and coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, InDesign is a plus). Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of transport and infrastructure sectors preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 4-6 years in proposal coordination or bid support GCC India (e.g., Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai.
