Job Description

We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented professional to join our team

as a Proposal & Bid Manager / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will take ownership of

RFP analysis, manage proposal development, and act as a liaison between internal teams and

external stakeholders during the bidding process. The role also includes preparing detailed

project plans, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with government tendering

procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and identify key technical and commercial
requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for inputs, follow-up, and submission of proposals
in a timely manner.

Prepare high-quality proposals, including technical documentation, project plans, and
commercial bids.

Act as Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end bidding process. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation using tools
like Primavera and MS Project.

Ensure adherence to Government of India tendering norms, policies, and formats. Support Agile-based development initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Utilize project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira. Conduct risk assessments and contingency planning for project execution. Communicate effectively in English--both written and verbal--with clients, partners,
and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or project
management--preferably in a government or public sector environment.

Experience with tools like Primavera and MS Project. Strong understanding of Government tendering processes in India (e-procurement
portals, CPPP, GEM, etc.).

Experience in Agile project management is desirable. Proficiency in Jira and similar project tracking tools will be an added advantage. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
