Key Responsibilities:

Conduct valuation of land, buildings, and property assets as per IBBI and government guidelines. Prepare detailed valuation reports including market analysis, legal verifications, and site inspections. Maintain and update records of property valuation data. Coordinate with clients, banks, and financial institutions for valuation assignments. Ensure compliance with IBBI, Companies Act, and other statutory valuation regulations. Conduct physical inspections and collect necessary field data for accurate property valuation.

Required Qualifications:

Registered Valuer (IBBI) for

Land and Building

category. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in property and land valuation. Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and regulatory standards. Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software/tools. Good communication and report-writing skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling valuation assignments for banks, NBFCs, or government bodies. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel for site inspections across Odisha.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
