Job Description
Performing real estate market research, development of Broker network and relevant data collection Conducting Inspection Of Various Assets Including Residential, Commercial And Industrial Properties / Assets Etc. as per the process and requirement, Checking And Preparing Valuation/ property appraisal Report, overall responsibility of the quality of report. Monitoring TAT To Achieve Monthly Target Co-Ordination With Bank\xe2\x80\x99s/NBFC\xe2\x80\x99s To Solve Technical Query and smooth business operation Learning/updating Valuation Approaches methodology and proper execution in day to day activities. Identify The Replacement Cost/Market Values Of The Assets Through Market Surveys. Developing And Maintaining Business Relations With Banks/ Institutions. Ensure efficient team activities and harmonious working environment in the office. Education Required : Diploma in Civil or BE in Civil Experience Required : 1-4 years Minimum 1 year experience required in Property Valuation profile Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
