for Property Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Surveyor to conduct on-site property Survey, collect accurate data, assess property conditions, and prepare detailed survey reports. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and client requirements while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism..

Responsibilities:

Conduct GIS based survey of residential, commercial, and other variant properties through mobile app.

Measure property dimensions, boundaries, and layouts accurately

Collect information related to property and owner as per survey form

Prepare and submit detailed survey reports within specified timelines

Maintain proper records and update internal databases regularly

Skills:

Proven experience as a Property Surveyor or similar roleKnowledge of land records, property laws, and documentation processesStrong observation and reporting skills and entry data in mobile app.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting softwareGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel for site visitsPreferred Skills:Experience with GIS or AutoCAD (added advantage)Understanding of property tax projects. Valid driving license and Own Mobile Phone Android/ios mobile. Education:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field (preferred) Language Proficiency: Punjabi, Hindi & English. (Speak, Read & Write) Experience:

1 to 2 years plus of experience in above mentioned role.
