Key Responsibilities:

Understand and apply the company's criteria for selecting properties. Collect detailed information about residential and commercial properties. Verify that all properties have clear and marketable titles. Utilize real estate language effectively in communications. Conduct market examines to assess property values. Stay informed about available properties in the area. Monitor real estate trends and best practices for both sectors. Search open listings to find suitable properties. Work independently while collaborating with team members. Prior experience in sourcing residential and commercial properties.

Requirements:

Experience in residential and commercial real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
