We are looking to hire a Vice President, Investments (Real Estate) to lead the investment team at PropShare. As a VP, Investments, you will be a key member of the executive senior management team with the overall responsibility for sourcing, analysing, executing, managing and exiting real estate investment opportunities for the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, executing, managing and exiting investment opportunities across real estate assets including office, retail, warehousing, hotels

- Creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of investment opportunities by working with international property consultants, independent brokers, bankers and other intermediaries in the market.

- Preparing written analyses and evaluation of opportunities and presenting it to the investment committee.

- Working closely with external and internal counsels and advisors on negotiating and executing legal, title, financial and technical due diligence of assets.

- Assisting the Asset Management team in managing current investments including analysing exit opportunities.

- Hiring, leading, building and motivating a team of high-performance analysts and associates.

- Maintaining strong relationships with key intermediaries, brokers and joint venture partners.

- Working with internal product, tech, advisory and data science teams to create and build automated data-driven tools for analysing and exiting new investment opportunities.

- Working closely with Founders in evaluating investment strategy, negotiating contracts and managing the investment pipeline.

Qualifications:

- Academic degree in business administration from a Tier I business school with 10+ years of institutional real estate investment experience, ideally in one of the top asset management firms.

- Strong academic pedigree throughout school, college and business school.

- Passion for real estate, strong ownership attitude and ability to quickly grasp complex situations.

- Strong work ethic with high levels of professionalism and integrity.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to work in a team-driven environment with the ability to multitask and cope with competing priorities.
