Job Description

We are looking for AVP - Financial Operations who will oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company\'s financial strategy and planning.

What you will do:

Operations:

The role will cover the management of entire gamut of activities of client operations including, but not limited to the following:

- Team Management

- On boarding of the investors on the platform

- Execution of monthly rent that is to be paid out to different investors across all the properties.

- Handling queries related to tax and other compliance audit related issues after consulting the related teams.

- Facilitate transfer/transmission of shares.

- Facilitate resale transactions.

- Managing settlements & reconciliations

- Handling KYC of investors.

- Continuous automation of operations to optimize & enhance the on-going customer operations & experience

- Interact closely with Investor relation and Asset management team to highlight the key issues and create strategies to mitigate them

- Working with the Tech team in managing investor dashboards and the Property management team in transferring monthly rents and mailing monthly newsletters

Criteria:

- CA (1st attempts only) / MBA (Tier 1 business schools only) with excellent grades throughout school and college

- Proven experience as Manager / AVP Financial Operations or similar role

- Minimum 4 -8 years\' experience in a middle management role

- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization

- Keen to understand business model and implement various SEBI requirement from operations perspective

- Solid knowledge of financial aspects and day-to-day operations

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
