Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals. Develop and execute strategic plans for premium villa sales to meet or exceed targets.
Client Acquisition & Relations: Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients. Source new leads via networking, referrals, and strategic connections.
Sales Execution: Oversee property presentations, negotiations, and closing of high-value deals, ensuring personalized solutions for clients' luxury lifestyle and investment goals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales tactics.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports. Ensure adherence to real estate regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and other teams to support sales initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Proven success in luxury or high-value real estate sales (villas, premium homes).
Strong network with HNWIs and investors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the luxury property market and investment potential.
Experience in wealth management or large financing is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Finance preferred).
Experience in managing sales teams.
