The Property Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the property sales team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing property transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed property sales targets
Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the property sales team
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities
Manage relationships with clients, developers, investors, and key stakeholders
Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure successful deal closures
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to support sales activities
Handle high-value clients and complex negotiations when required
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven experience as a Property Sales Manager or Senior Property Sales Executive
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in property sales or real estate
Minimum 2-3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role
