Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the real estate market specially for high value properties, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities


*Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
*Schedule site visits for prospective clients.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
*Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
*Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and documentation.
*Ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Skills & Competencies


*Proven track record in real estate or property sales.(Minimum 2 yrs)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.
*Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
*Must have knowledge to use MS Office

Qualifications


*Bachelor's in any field
*Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
*Fluency in Hindi and English.
