Key Responsibilities



Client Advisory:

Consult with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and financial standing.

Property Marketing & Sales:

Arrange site visits, conduct property tours, and promote listings through various channels.

Market Research:

Analyze property market trends, identify profitable areas, and advise on pricing strategies.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate purchase or lease terms on behalf of clients, liaise with solicitors/agents, and ensure contract compliance.

Lead Generation:

Generate new leads via cold calling, networking, and following up on inquiries.

Documentation:

Assist in preparing and reviewing legal and financial documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Licensure:

A valid state real estate license is generally required.

Experience:

Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field (typically 1-3+ years).

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Negotiation & Analysis:

Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze market data.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the local property market, trends, and legal regulations.

Technology:

Proficiency in CRM software and, or, database management.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,492.06 per month
