Position Overview
We are looking for driven and customer-oriented
Property Sales Advisors
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled at building client relationships, and committed to achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for residential and commercial property sales.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property recommendations.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitive inventory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing sales role .
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Knowledge of local property markets is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
