We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to support our UK-based real estate brokerage company. The role involves tenancy management, handling tenant complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between tenants, landlords, and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tenant communications (calls, emails, messages).
Handle complaints and escalate issues where required.
Maintain tenancy records and documentation.
Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors for timely resolutions.
Provide regular updates and reports to the UK team.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Prior experience in property management, tenancy services, or customer complaint handling.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during UK business hours.
