Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee DG, Transformer, STP, and WTP plant operations & maintenance

- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all MEP systems

- Monitor & optimize energy consumption and efficiency

- Ensure building compliance with government regulations

- Maintain statutory records, audits & safety norms

- Coordinate with local authorities for approvals & inspections

- Supervise Soft Services (Housekeeping, Landscaping, Waste Management)

- Oversee Security, Help Desk, and Accounts teams

- Manage AMC vendors, contract renewals & service agreements

- Ensure timely execution of repairs, renovations & projects

- Address resident complaints & service requests efficiently

- Ensure high service standards & proactive issue resolution

- Conduct monthly meetings & updates with residents' associations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
