Job Title: Property Manager - Shalom Sky City (Gachibowli, Hyderabad)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM

Reports To: The Havilah Company Management - Shalom Sky City

About the Role

Shalom Sky City, a premium Grade-A commercial property in Gachibowli, is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations, facility management, tenant relations, and leasing activities. This role requires a hands-on leader with a balance of operational efficiency and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily building operations, maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing queries and maintaining positive relationships. Supervise on-site teams, including housekeeping, security, and vendors. Manage rent collections, lease documentation, and financial reconciliations. Handle leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and coordinate new tenant onboarding. Monitor contract compliance and track vendor and tenant agreement renewals. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and building compliance standards. Support management with regular reporting and improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or Facilities Management. 5-8 years of experience managing commercial or mixed-use properties. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and reporting. Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software/tools.
