Job Description

Property Manager Roles and Responsibilities :



Tenant and lease management:



o Screening and selecting tenants.

o Drafting, signing, and renewing lease agreements.

o Collecting rent and handling late payments.

o Addressing tenant complaints and resolving disputes.

o Enforcing lease terms and occupancy rules.

Property maintenance and upkeep:



o Coordinating routine maintenance and emergency repairs.

o Arranging for services like landscaping and snow removal.

o Ensuring the property meets safety and legal standards.

o Conducting regular property inspections.

Financial and administrative management:



o Developing and managing property budgets.

o Collecting and accounting for all income and expenses.

o Preparing financial reports for property owners.

o Handling property taxes.

Marketing and leasing:



o Marketing vacant properties to attract potential tenants.

o Showing properties to prospective tenants.

o Negotiating lease terms.

Legal and regulatory compliance:



o Understanding and adhering to local, state, and national landlord-tenant laws.

o Managing the eviction process when necessary.

Staff and vendor management:



o Supervising on-site staff.

o Hiring and managing third-party vendors and contractors.

o Maintaining positive relationships with agencies and officials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
