Property Manager
Job Description
The property manager has to carry out the daily operations of the society property, inspection, supervision of the employees. Has to coordinate between the members and management committee of the Co-op housing society. On any regular day, the property manager is supposed to carry out the maintenance of society premises by coordinating with stakeholders, vendors and the Management Committee. He has to be regular, polite. Should be able to carry out basic computer works including the excel sheet preparation, responding to emails and drafting when required. The property manager should be at least a graduate in any field. Experienced candidates will be preferred. Work timings 10 am to 6.30 pm. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 927,000.00 per month Schedule:
