Property Manager – Society Office

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities o Act as the point of contact between members, vendors, and the Managing Committee. o Ensure proper upkeep of society property, amenities, and records. o Manage administrative and financial operations.

Office Operations

o Open the society office at designated hours. o Maintain a visitor & staff attendance register. o Check and respond to all society emails, letters, and notices. o Record all complaints from members in a Complaint Register (manual & digital). o Allocate complaints to the concerned staff/vendor and track closure

Facility & Staff Management

o Inspect common areas (lifts, lighting, parking, security posts, water tanks) for faults. o Monitor attendance and performance of housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. o Ensure safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms) is functional.

Financial

o Record all payments received from members (maintenance, parking fees, etc.). o Issue receipts and update the accounting system. o Deposit cash/cheques in the society's bank account daily or as per policy. 5. Weekly SOPs o Conduct a weekly inspection of all society assets and prepare a maintenance checklist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Mira Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Required)

Property management: 5 years (Required)
