Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for the management of all assigned properties. The tasks required of this position will require flexibility, excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Welcome and register guests once they arrive. \xc2\xb7 Oversees the daily operations of the property including check-in procedures, accounting, security, and maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Manage the property occupancy and Room bookings. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners. \xc2\xb7 Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses. \xc2\xb7 Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a positive, productive relationship with guests. \xc2\xb7 Handle complaints from guests or other employees in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Review financial reports to determine if costs are within budget and profit margins are adequate. Requirements: \xc2\xa7 3-5 years previous experience in hotels, resorts, or relevant field. \xc2\xa7 Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills. \xc2\xa7 Must be able to prioritize multiple deadlines in an efficient manner. \xc2\xa7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively. \xc2\xa7 Candidates will be preferred from the same location (i.e Rajasthan). \xc2\xa7 Pleasant Personality Website details - https://rampurestate.com/index.html Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 per month Schedule:
