Job Description
Property Manager - Residential Apartment Job - Candidate should have experience in Facility maintenance with Technical and Soft Service background. Should have complete knowledge in Utility maintenance - Transformer, DG, STP , WTP, Fire Hydrant, Swimming Pool and handling Housekeeping activity. Should have minimum 8 yrs work experience in a similar position in Residential apartment. Locations - Vadapalani (Chennai, Tamil Nadu) Qualification - BE / DEEE Experience - 8+ years (in residential apartment) Salary - 35000 to 42000 gross per month Benefits - Permanent employment with benefits such as PF, Medical Insurance and annual increment / promotion. Immediate joiners preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 935,000.00 - 942,000.00 per month Benefits:
