Our client, a US-based real estate company, is looking for an experienced

Property Manager

to oversee acquisitions, property management, and project coordination. This is a

remote position

requiring work during

US daytime hours (night shift if based outside the US)

.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the US real estate industry, with strong skills in property operations, financial oversight, and project management.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Management



Track and manage acquisition leads from brokers, MLS, direct sellers, and off-market sources Evaluate potential deals and prepare summaries (pricing, comps, zoning, approvals) Follow up with brokers, sellers, and attorneys to keep deals moving Maintain and update the CRM/lead pipeline daily

Property Management



Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties and active flips Handle tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and vendor scheduling Oversee repairs, inspections, and compliance with local regulations Track income, expenses, and performance per property Prepare monthly management reports with ROI recommendations

Project Management



Oversee entitlement timelines, engineering deliverables, and municipal submissions Attend meetings with town officials, engineers, and attorneys; document and track follow-ups Coordinate contractor payments, material orders, and monitor construction progress Ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule

Administrative & Financial Oversight



Manage multiple company bank ledgers (daily/weekly updates) Organize, categorize, and reconcile all financial transactions Maintain deal-specific spreadsheets, cash flows, and pro-formas Support real estate agent activities (sending property details, coordinating closings)

Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

5 years of experience

in US Real Estate, Property Management, or Project Management Strong organizational and multitasking ability Familiarity with construction budgets, draws, and scheduling Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge (bank reconciliation, expense tracking) Excellent written and verbal communication skills for brokers, contractors, and municipal staff Self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful

Work Hours & Benefits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
