Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a drive to close deals. Freshers with good energy and interest in sales are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads generated through marketing, walk-ins, and referrals.
Call and meet potential buyers/tenants to understand their requirements.
Showcase properties and explain features, pricing, and amenities.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales or rental agreements.
Maintain CRM data and follow up with prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams for site visits and documentation.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and property expos.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset and target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of local real estate market is an added advantage.
Freshers or candidates with prior sales experience (real estate/insurance/banking/automobile) can apply.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
