Job Title: Property Manager Location: Raipur CG Qualification: Graduate Salary: 15000/- to 20000/- PM Experience: 2 to 3 Years Job Duties:

Manage all aspects of assigned properties
Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
