a Residence Captain at Stanza Living WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE You won\xe2\x80\x99t be just a manager of operations at your Stanza Living residence.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be the face of the brand. For parents, guardians, colleges/universities/corporates we partner with, and service delivery partners. You\xe2\x80\x99ll plan, coordinate and execute all day-to-day operations. That includes housekeeping, meals, security, internet, laundry, and social events. Maintaining high-quality delivery in a high-pressure environment, over long hours, will be your key responsibility. You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate and coordinate with other departments. Such as sales, project managers, design team, F&B, etc. You\xe2\x80\x99ll maximise consumer satisfaction, minimise costs and ensure compliances. While following the standard operating guidelines. You\xe2\x80\x99ll perform all customer-facing tasks. From answering general customer queries to being the first point of contact for serious situations. That means
