Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a seasoned Property Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, and fit-outs. If you have a background in the hospitality industry and are a local candidate familiar with the Mahalaxmi area, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of property-related projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for property services.
- Coordinate and manage fit-out projects as required.
- Ensure the property meets design and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records related to property management.
- Leverage hospitality and general management experience to enhance property operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, and fit-outs.
- Background in the hospitality industry and general management is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is required.
- Strong data management skills.
