Role Overview

We are looking for a

Property Manager with hospitality mindset

who can manage day-to-day building operations, ensure high resident satisfaction, and maintain service standards similar to hotels but adapted to co-living.

This role requires

strong people skills, operational control, and on-ground execution

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty & Operations Management

Manage daily operations of the co-living property Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and onboarding of residents Maintain rooms, common areas, and amenities as per Friendzo standards Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams Conduct regular inspections and audits of the property

Hospitality & Resident Experience

Act as the first point of contact for residents Handle complaints, service requests, and escalations professionally Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and discipline across the property Build a positive community environment within the building

Vendor & Staff Management

Manage vendors for housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, pest control, etc. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and hygiene standards Ensure SOPs are followed consistently

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily reports on occupancy, issues, and resolutions Coordinate with central operations and management team Support revenue, occupancy, and retention goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred 1-3 years experience in hospitality, hotel operations, serviced apartments, or co-living Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle residents, staff, and vendors calmly On-ground execution mindset (not a desk job) Comfortable with basic reporting and WhatsApp/CRM coordination
