Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service apartment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and personalized service.
2. Property Oversight: Manage and maintain the property, including rooms, common areas, and amenities.
3. Housekeeping and Maintenance: Oversee housekeeping and maintenance operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality.
4. Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, guest services, and concierge services.
5. Revenue Management: Optimize room rates and occupancy to maximize revenue.
6. Budgeting and Financials: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial performance.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to senior management.
