we are looking for Property Managers for our residential project in Mahalakshmi

Team management - ensure that all team members are working to the require standards ??Client Reporting - Being the single point of contact for all requirements & escalations ??Undertaking regular property inspections ??Provide advice and assistance to the client ??Preparing & maintaining the checklists for smooth operations ??Prepare the management reports and MIS reports as per required frequency ??Understand the site requirement & modifying operational plans as and when required ??Preparing, maintaining and tracking the PPM for all equipment and ensure zero breakdown ??Maintain the Asset List & AMC trackers ??Evaluate & Co-ordinate with Vendors as and when AMCs / Services are needed ??Follow up with vendors for quotation & do the negotiation for the best rate ??Maintain records on site ??Surprise visit to check the downline staff ??Plan & organize the meeting with client ??Retention of employees ??Give suggestions to the client for site improving
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

total work: 8 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
