Property manager post Ideal for students and house wives

We have PG guest house at brahmin society Naupada Thane. We are looking for a manager to look after this PG house.

Work includes :

1. Reaching out various educational institutes , companies nearby and get PGs

2. Show PG rooms to prospective PGs

3. Finalize their stay in coordination with the owner

4. Coordination with MSDEL for electricity meter readings and ensure right billing

5. Coordinate with sweeper & monitor his work on Sunday morning

6. Seek help from plumber , electrician to resolve issues if any

7. Ensure discipline at PG House

8. Follow up with PGs for payment of rent online

9. Any additional work related to PG house

10. Some data entry work (training will be given)

11. 6.5 hours working per day so suitable for college students (2 pm to 830 pm)

12. Share daily report on what's app

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
