About the Role

MCON India is seeking a proactive and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operations of industrial sheds and related real estate assets. The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained, tenants' needs are efficiently handled, and operations align with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of industrial sheds and leased properties.

Coordinate with tenants for occupancy, rent collection, maintenance requests, and renewals.

Supervise maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, civil, and housekeeping work.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in optimal condition.

Manage vendors and contractors for repairs, utilities, and security services.

Track lease agreements, rent schedules, and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Maintain records of expenses, rent receipts, service reports, and asset condition.

Prepare monthly property performance and maintenance reports for management.

Support new property developments or refurbishments in coordination with internal project teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in property or facility management (industrial experience preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of vendor coordination, site maintenance, and statutory compliance.

Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to travel between sites as required.
