Should keep a proactive and efficient follow up on Essential Services in the assigned properties - Electricity, Water supply (washroom + Drinking), LIFT, Power back up - Diesel, Wi-Fi and cleaning and hygiene of the entire property.
Daily quality checks of the building system will be carried out: Inspecting and arranging property repair and maintenance to meet OLIVE quality standards rigorously & implementation of preventive maintenance.
Lead all projects related to CAPEX expenditure.
Conduct daily briefings of all departments and circulate MOM to the corporate office.
Responsible to maintain an extensive list of property compliance and update the licences closer to 90 days of renewal.
Vendor management.
Should execute community activities at building level.
Should manage building inventory.
Will oversee housekeeping, security, multi skill technicians and front office.
Should be sound in using hotel property management systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
