to oversee the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of our organization's facilities. The role involves managing day-to-day building operations, vendor management, compliance, and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of the facility, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Manage collection like CAM rent & other receivables.
Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and other support services to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and track expenses.
Handle space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace ergonomics.
Oversee inventory management for facility-related supplies and equipment.
Manage facility-related emergencies, repairs, and incident reporting.
Drive sustainability and energy-saving initiatives within the premises.
Attend tenants service request & grievances and resolve the same within the stipulated timeline and also keep a record of the same.
Ensure all the statutory regulations are complied.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
Proven experience Minimum 8 years in facility or building management.
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, safety).
Familiarity with statutory compliance (fire safety, EHS, local municipal regulations).
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
